We are looking for an energetic and organized Event Assistant to help support promotional events, customer engagement activities, and community initiatives. This position provides hands-on experience in event support, customer interaction, brand representation, and promotional activities while working alongside an experienced team.

• Assist with preparing for promotional events and community activities.
• Support event setup, organization, and breakdown.
• Welcome attendees and create a friendly event experience.
• Engage with customers and answer questions about products and services.
• Identify customer needs and provide helpful information.
• Support lead generation and customer engagement during events.
• Keep event areas organized, professional, and welcoming.
  
  Assist with customer follow-ups after promotional activities.
• Coordinate with team members to complete event-related responsibilities.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and the public.
• Reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous event, hospitality, retail, customer service, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
