Preferences:

Financial services or banking experience
Experience handling inbound calls and account-related inquiries
Experience with Cash Management, online banking, mobile banking, or financial services customer support

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on accounts
Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics
Provide functional support in areas including Cash Management products and services, Online and Mobile app, and general account or financial-related inquiries
