- Respond to inquiries, requests for information &/or complaints that require in-depth knowledge of applicable laws, rules, policies & procedures as they pertain in given situation:
- Respond to telephone &/or written inquiries in a professional & timely manner;
Process request for items related to vehicle registration; - Provide assistance & information to customers, business people, government agencies & the general public in reference to vehicle registration;
- Respond to requests & inquiries received via telephone & U.S. mail in response to applications that may have been rejected due to incomplete information or monies received;
- Operate personal computer by key entering information into computer file to generate a registration;
- Verify applications, checks & money orders keyed in vehicle registration/driver's license (VR/DL), or Business Applications Service System (BASS) for completion, errors or duplication of work.

Qualifications- 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in office practices & procedures;
- 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in public relations or customer service that included techniques for handling difficult people;
- 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in typing, keyboarding, data entry or word processing;
- 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in operation of personal computer.
