Encore Talent Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a position located in Columbus, OH

We're looking for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in customer service, contact center/call center operations, healthcare administration, medical records, claims processing, data entry, or provider relations
• Strong computer skills with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple applications and systems simultaneously
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to work from and manage assigned call lists (advanced Excel not required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when documenting customer interactions
• Ability to quickly learn new processes, adapt to changing priorities, and consistently follow established procedures
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
