Schedule: Saturday Wednesday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM CST
Location: Remote
We are looking for an operations/customer support professional to support client's growing Meal Manager program
. You will manage daily and hourly quality operations, identify fulfillment issues, execute SOPs, use internal tools, and regularly interact with customers, merchants
.
- Monitor daily operations and identify fulfillment challenges.
- Execute and provide feedback on SOPs and operational processes.
- Resolve customer, merchant, and Dasher issues.
- Support new pilots and emerging operational initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve quality and fulfillment.
- Strong verbal communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in account management, customer support, operations, logistics, or delivery
. - Slack and Zendesk/Salesforce experience required.
- Last-mile logistics or delivery customer service experience preferred.
- SQL experience is a plus.
- Flexibility to adjust the weekly schedule as needed.
