*** Pay: $18/hr to start

* What You’ll Do:

*** Sterilization Process:
Decontaminates, sorts, cleans, wraps, and sterilizes dental instruments and equipment.
* Equipment Maintenance:
Operates and monitors autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, and heat sealers; records, and documents sterilization cycles, adhering to CDC and OSHA regulations.
* Cleans, disinfects, and restocks exam rooms between patients and at the end of the day.
* Inventory Management:
Manages and orders sterilization supplies and keeps inventory organized.
* Safety & Compliance:
Follows strict infection control protocols and keeps records of biological and chemical monitoring
** What You Need:
*** High School Diploma or equivalent
* CRCST or equivalent certification
* Accredited DA program completion a plus
* Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented mindset
* OSHA regulations knowledge
