Position Overview
Assistant Professor - Practice-2 in the Department of Dentistry, Endodontics at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry.
Responsibilities- Supervise dental students in patient evaluation, triage of emergency dental cases, and development of treatment plans.
- Guide and oversee students in providing endodontic treatment to patients in the endodontic clinic.
- Participate in teaching and academic activities related to endodontic education.
- DDS/DMD or equivalent degree with completion of a CODA‑accredited advanced education program in endodontics.
- At least three years of clinical practice experience in endodontics.
- Eligibility for a regular or limited teaching license issued by the Ohio State Dental Board.
- Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Endodontics.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in dental education and an additional advanced degree such as an MS, PhD, or EdD.
