- X‑ray and CPR certification is required.
- Minimum 1 year experience in an ortho practice is preferred but we will train the right person.
- Completion of an accredited orthodontic assistant program preferred.
- Additional certification or training is a plus.
- Experience with Denticon software or iTero scanners is a plus.
- Full‑time role (30+ hours per week).
- Prepare treatment rooms for orthodontic procedures.
- Assist orthodontists during patient appointments and procedures.
- Take and develop dental X‑rays.
- Maintain orthodontic instruments and equipment.
- Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene and care techniques.
- Schedule follow‑up appointments and assist with patient scheduling.
- Keep accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid‑friendly environment.
- Some Saturdays may be required.
- Daytime hours – No nights!
