• $55–$62/hr based on experience and appointment times
• You set your schedule — pick the days, pick the locations
• Matchmaking, not job-posting — we take the time to learn your goals, your preferred environment, and what matters most to you, then hand-match you with a handful of offices we think you'll genuinely love working in
• Exposure to varied practice styles and software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, and more)
• Personal support from people who know you — when something comes up, you reach someone on our team who actually picks up

• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Local anesthesia certification (preferred, not required)
• A true professional who steps into any office ready to deliver great patient care
