We believe hygienists deserve the time, tools, flexibility, and support needed to succeed. You’ll receive a full hour for adult prophy appointments and work alongside two to three supportive doctors. Our clear, step-by-step workflow keeps the day running smoothly so you can focus on comfortable, high-quality patient care.

Our hygiene department provides:

Choose a full-time or part-time schedule with exceptional flexibility. Your schedule can include a mix of short and long days—even shifts ranging from approximately two to 12 hours—based on your needs and availability.

You will not be required to take vacation simply because a doctor is away. Our team also supports one another when someone needs to take a day off.
