Overview
Join a nationally recognized architectural firm specializing in retail, medical, restaurant, and multifamily design, as an Architectural Account Manager based in Columbus, OH. This opportunity offers you to lead major retail projects, build client relationships, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative studio.
Responsibilities and Qualifications- 10+ years of architectural experience in commercial construction; degree in Architecture required (licensure is a plus)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; manage expectations and ensure project delivery
- Strong knowledge of construction documents, detailing, and building codes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit; foundational knowledge of MEP systems
- Oversee multiple projects and teams within the retail studio (including mall and branded retail clients)
- Perform quality control, ensure standards compliance, and guide technical development
- Coordinate with consultants and internal departments; manage schedules and budgets
- Mentor junior staff and assist with professional development and performance reviews
Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
