This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Columbus, OH, for an Architectural Construction Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction administration services, coordinating project activities, reviewing submittals, and ensuring communication between stakeholders. You will play a key role in managing project execution, maintaining timelines, and upholding design intent while actively engaging with construction teams, clients, and project managers.

• Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management
• Experience with Construction Administration Services and reviewing submittals
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients, teams, and stakeholders
• High attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in architectural and construction administration
• Knowledge of senior living design standards and requirements is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
