Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Lead the development of construction documents, coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, etc.), and manage project schedules, resources, and communication.
- Documentation & Technical Support: Produce and review drawings, specifications, and code compliance; manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain project files and support permitting processes.
- Translate design concepts into technical drawings.
- Review and manage consultant and contractor submittals (shop drawings, material samples).
- Participate in client meetings and site visits.
- Support the project manager in overall project execution.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Architecture using Revit.
- Working towards architectural registration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of architectural design, construction documents, and building codes.
- Ability to problem‑solve effectively and work in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

EducationBachelors or better in Architecture or related field.
