Responsibilities
- Support a state agency that designs and builds affordable housing for the surrounding Columbus region.
- Work with the in‑house architect to review architectural plans; assist with construction‑related items from the architectural plans and site visits.
- Work with the Project Administration team to determine projects that will be visited and the types of visits; review project details; enter grantee data into computer, track status.
- Provide assistance in providing technical assistance to members of the project team.
- +1 year of experience within the architecture industry is a plus.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in architecture is a plus.
- Understanding of how a building is constructed and designed.
Pay range: $24.00 – $30.00/hr.

Contract position based out of Columbus, OH. Fully onsite.
