We are seeking an individual who is artistic, possesses a high energy, positive approach with a genuine desire to impact our individual’s lives through art, creativity and self-expression. The ideal candidate would be an artist with considerable skill and passion for arts and crafts to join our team.

For over a decade, PALS has been providing excellent services for the Individuals we serve. PALS is seeking experienced, energetic, strong and dedicated staff to assist in leading the exceptional services that are delivered to our Individuals daily.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Manage and oversee the art program age and direct all AOTL staff in their DSP role.

Conduct monthly meetings with the employee responsible for each location’s art program.

Develop the monthly calendar for art activities and plan daily art classes and delegate tasks to DSP’s during classes ourage creativity and innovation across the PALS centers by assisting the programs in an as needed role in setting up art programs at all locations.

Assist all PALS locations’ art programs in making calendars and daily activities as needed.

Manage all current Central Ohio community partnerships when it comes to showcasing the artwork produced from the studio including, but not limited to, setting up the artwork and pricing, keeping in contact with the various entities regarding inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS:

College degree from accredited University or equivalent there of its preferred.

Current Ohio Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.

Acceptable Criminal Background verification.

Willingness to provide fun yet responsible supervision and assistance to adults with Developmental Disabilities.

Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written skills.

Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.

Maintains current and annual training requirements.
