Overview
The Project Coordinator supports project teams through all phases of design and documentation, helping to develop technical solutions, coordinate consultants, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and accurately. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with project managers, architects, and consultants on a variety of project types while expanding technical and project delivery expertise.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and consultants to support project execution and coordination.
- Assist in developing technical solutions and evaluating design approaches that align with project goals.
- Prepare and coordinate construction documents, drawings, and project deliverables.
- Take ownership of specific technical aspects of assigned projects, including research, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Participate in project planning, space studies, occupancy evaluations, and design development efforts.
- Review project documentation for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
- Support project teams through all phases of project delivery, from design through construction.
- Utilize Revit and other design software to produce high-quality documentation and technical drawings.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping develop and implement new processes and workflows.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure deliverables meet firm and client expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related design field preferred.
- 3+ years of architectural experience.
- Strong understanding of architectural design, documentation, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in Revit required.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Progress toward architectural licensure is a plus but not required.
- Exposure to a diverse range of project types and responsibilities.
