Architect / Sr. Architect, Engineering Design & Technologists
Depending on your background and experience, you may be placed at Level 2 (6+ years) or Level 3 (8+ years). At both levels, you will take ownership of key technical and design responsibilities on major projects — including education, residential, and mixed‑use work — while contributing to a culture at Actalent that values collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Lead critical technical design components of major projects from initial investigation through final recommendations
- Evaluate project requirements and develop design solutions that align with client goals and project constraints
- Apply advanced architectural principles independently, while introducing innovative approaches where appropriate
- Serve as a technical resource on complex projects across planning, design, and coordination phases
- At Level 3:
Support conceptual design efforts and act as a subject matter expert throughout the full project lifecycle - At Level 3:
Partner with Project Management, consultants, and leadership to align on technical direction and delivery strategy - Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment where knowledge‑sharing is expected and valued
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
- Active architectural license required
- 6–8+ years of relevant architectural experience, including demonstrated project leadership
- Strong proficiency in Revit and familiarity with modern project delivery workflows
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate and solve complex design challenges
- Clear and confident communication style, with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively
- A collaborative mindset with the confidence to develop and advocate for sound technical solutions
- Competitive salary range of $79,440–$111,390, aligned with experience and level

Salary: $79,440–$111,390 per annum.
