This position is based in Columbus, Ohio. Applicants should reside within commuting distance of our office. Relocation assistance is not available.
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Experience: Entry Level (Recent Graduate) to 3 years experience.

Position: Drafter/Designer
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Designer/Drafter with experience in Chief Architect or similar 3D drafting software. The ideal candidate is conscientious, accountable, and committed to producing accurate, buildable plans. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work collaboratively with our office team and our project managers. Candidates should be self-motivated, reliable, coachable, and capable of managing multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines.
Job SummaryAs a drafter/ designer, you will be in a unique position to draw upon many design-related disciplines. You will work in a collaborative manner with our team and homeowners to effectively design spaces in their homes. This position is a crucial and rewarding role.
We utilize Chief Architect software for our design work. That being said, if you have experience in using other design software, that could work too.
One of your roles will be to learn how to use (and become proficient at) Matterport Digital Scanner to capture 3D walkthroughs of homes which is extremely helpful during the design process. Don’t worry, it’s easy to learn!
