The Facility Designer is responsible for developing a major portion of our project deliverables including facility programming, report writing, site master planning, developing specifications and construction documents, selection, coordination and layout of various aspects of design (vehicle maintenance equipment, site flow, etc.), creating/using Building Information Modeling (BIM) to complete different levels of documents, submittal, shop drawing, and RFI review, conduct construction field observations, and other design/engineering tasks as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to effectively interact with and present to client
• Ability to hand draw conceptual site and building plans
• Exceptional level of accuracy and detail
• Local candidates preferred

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, industrial design or related
• Command of Revit and AutoCAD, and knowledge of Sketch Up
• Command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project)
• Working knowledge of LOD 300 requirements

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) Columbus: $55,930 - $91,885
