Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid – onsite Tuesday through Thursday)
Contract Duration: August, 2026 – February, 2027
Pay Rate: $48.47 – $52.85/hour
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative Store Design team supporting new concepts and exciting retail initiatives.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a Store Designer (D3) to support the Store Design team in developing creative, customer-focused retail environments. This individual contributor role will be responsible for producing detailed designs, including floor plans, storefront elevations, and other design documentation aligned with established design standards and guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have strong retail design experience, excellent technical design skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams, leadership, construction partners, and consultants to bring store concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities- Develop retail design solutions, including floor plans, storefront elevations, fixtures, lighting, layouts, and space planning concepts.
- Create and update design documentation while maintaining brand standards and design guidelines.
- Prepare material takeoffs and communicate revisions with Construction and related teams.
- Generate ideas for new retail concepts and design enhancements.
- Review construction drawings to ensure alignment with design intent.
- Evaluate site information provided by landlords and consultants.
- Present design concepts and updates to leadership, incorporating feedback as needed.
- Provide design guidance and support to Purchasing and Construction teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners throughout the design and implementation process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–7 years of retail design experience within a corporate retail environment or design consultancy.
- Strong portfolio/work samples demonstrating retail design experience portfolio required with submission
. - Experience designing retail stores, environments, fixtures, and customer-facing spaces.
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Acrobat
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe In Design
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience supporting large-scale retail programs and store rollouts.
- Strong understanding of retail construction documentation and design processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with designers, architects, construction teams, and leadership.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Hybrid schedule with onsite collaboration Tuesday through Thursday in Columbus, Ohio.
- Company-provided computer equipment.
- No direct reports; reports to the Design Manager.
