Agility Partners is seeking qualified applicants for the Sr UX Designer position at a Fortune 15 Healthcare company. As a Product Experience Designer, you will tackle complex design challenges while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to evolve the platform, enabling efficient and effective delivery to healthcare providers.
- Create low/high-fidelity designs, user flows, and testable prototypes for various digital products/services.
- Help product teams deeply understand customer/user behavior, pain points, and needs.
- Partner with product managers through discovery to validate both problems and solutions.
- Articulate experience challenges & opportunities for your product and in healthcare more broadly.
- Plan & execute user research studies, analyze data, and uncover insights.
- Consider the whole system and each detail from the user’s perspective.
- Explain your design rationale to non-designers.
- Collaborate across multiple functions to deliver an exceptional cohesive experience.
- Identify assumptions and effectively test them.
- Understand a human-centered product design philosophy to deliver better products and build a competitive advantage.
- Establish relationships with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate qualities of transparency, trust, vulnerability, psychological safety, and collaboration.

The ideal candidate would bring the following:
- 7+ years’ experience designing digital products and/or services utilizing a human-centered approach.
- A clear grasp of best practices for designing digital products and habits to stay current.
- Proficiency in IA, journey mapping, and interaction design with relevant tools.
- Proven visual design and creative development skills.
- Experience in observing/co-facilitating basic user research, service prototyping, and usability testing.
- Solid visual, verbal, and written communication skills required for great storytelling.
- Comfort designing within a modern product design lifecycle.
Nice to have:
- BS/MS degree in human factors, design, psychology, sociology, or relevant experience.
- Experience designing in healthcare for relevant segments such as consumer, supply chain, logistics, etc.
- A conversant understanding of strategy, operations, and technology behind healthcare businesses.
- Experience designing with data, including modern data visualizations to tell the right story to the right audience.
