Ohio Health Doctors Hospital is seeking a Director of Medical Education to lead and advance graduate medical education at one of the nation’s premier osteopathic teaching hospitals. As the second-largest osteopathic teaching hospital in the U.S., Doctors Hospital supports 8 residency programs and 3 fellowships
, totaling 170 residents and fellows.
- Senior physician leadership role within a physician-led health system

- Lead and oversee competency-based graduate medical education programs
- Ensure educational quality through metrics, evaluations, and continuous improvement
- Provide operational oversight of ambulatory teaching sites
- Promote and advance osteopathic medical education
- Partner closely with Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and Osteopathic Heritage Foundations
- Collaborate with program directors, faculty and senior leadership
