Position OverviewA well-established, hospital-employed OB/GYN group on the east side of Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Board Certified or Eligible OB/GYN to join their expanding team. Enjoy a great mix of clinic, surgery, and call in a collaborative, well-supported environment close to Easton Town Center and Level III NICUs.
Key DetailsSchedule:
3 3.5 clinic days/week
1 dedicated OR day/week
1:4 to 1:5 shared call (weekends included) with midwife support (1:3 rotation)
Scope:
Full-spectrum OB/GYN including gynecologic surgeries and robotics (robotics interest preferred)Optional:
Teaching OB/GYN residentsLocation Requirement:
Must live within 30 minutes of affiliated hospitals
BC/BE in OB/GYN (must test within 2 years of eligibility)
Active or eligible Ohio medical license
DEA license (or ability to obtain)
Clean malpractice and licensing history
Interest in robotic surgery preferred
Base Salary: $285,000 (guaranteed)
Bonus Options:
Up to $100K sign-on bonus, or
Loan repayment, or
50/50 bonus-split hybrid

PTO: 216 hours (27 days) + 40 rollover hours
