Physician - Cardiovascular Medicine, Vascular Physician (Open Rank/Track Faculty)## Department:# The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine seeks a board-certified/ board-eligible vascular medicine provider to join an elite team of academic physicians at the assistant or associate professor rank. The successful candidate will focus on both routine and complex coronary artery disease, including inpatient and outpatient consultative and primary services in a world- class facility at the Richard M.

Ross Heart Hospital. Interests in clinical and extramurally funded research are desirable. The Ohio State University Division of Cardiovascular Medicine is setting new standards for advanced heart and vascular care through our internationally and nationally recognized experts of more than 60 cardiology and vascular medicine specialists. We offer heart and vascular patients some of the most exciting and innovative technologies, treatments, and clinical trials, many of which are only available at Ohio State.

Most of our faculty are principal investigators on various research projects in both basic, translational, and clinical research settings.# Requirements
* Board Eligible/Certified
* Successful completion of a vascular medicine fellowship
* Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
* Eligible for an Ohio License
* Clinical and Extramurally funded research desirable

Our distinguished team of over 60 cardiologists and specialists is dedicated to providing superior cardiovascular care for patients with a wide range of conditions in general cardiology, interventional, electrophysiology, adult congenital heart disease, heart failure, heart transplantation, mechanical circulatory assist, pulmonary vascular disease, women’s cardiovascular disease, cardiac MRI/CT, and cardio-oncology.

We excel in managing complex coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and advanced heart disease through a variety of innovative approaches, including catheter-based interventions, advanced imaging techniques, and personalized medical therapies.
