Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $215,000 $ 245,000 (commensurate with experience and location)

• Bonus:
  Quality and outcomes-based incentives

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our growing network of innovative, neighborhood-based primary care centers serving local Medicare patient populations. • Clinic Support:

  MD specialist consultations

• Transportation:

• Team Composition: 3 5 providers per clinic (mix of NPs and Physicians)
