** large, collegial cardiology group
** of 19 physicians spanning non-invasive, interventional, EP, structural heart and vascular specialties
* ** Balanced inpatient/outpatient mix** (~40% inpatient / 60% outpatient)
* Structured
** Monday–Friday schedule
** with predictable workflow and dedicated administrative time
* Approximately
** 9 weeks of rounding annually
** and **~9 weekends of call per year**, supported by a collaborative coverage model

** including dedicated RN and centralized scheduling/MA team
