The OSU pulmonary hypertension program is a highly regarded, multidisciplinary, large‑volume program that serves Central Ohio. Team members provide inpatient and outpatient care for patients with all forms of pulmonary hypertension, as well as patients with a history of acute and/or chronic pulmonary embolism. Highlights of the program include a multidisciplinary team approach, trainees from both cardiology and pulmonary/critical care programs, a CTEPH program that offers both surgical pulmonary endarterectomy and balloon pulmonary angioplasty, and an integrated clinical research team that supports both investigator‑initiated and industry-sponsored studies.
The Pulmonary Hypertension program is supported by dedicated APPs, nurse coordinators, research coordinators, and pharmacists. This position focuses on continued program growth and the comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and longitudinal management of patients with Pulmonary Hypertension. Right heart catheterization training is a plus but not necessary.
This position will contribute to the continued growth and advancement of a multidisciplinary Pulmonary Hypertension program within a nationally recognized cardiovascular service line.
