We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team and provide high quality, patient centered care to a diverse adult population. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys building meaningful patient relationships and wants to make a measurable difference in the lives of patients affected by substance use disorders and other chronic medical conditions.

• Provide comprehensive family medicine and primary care to adult patients.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Evaluate and manage patients with substance use disorders.
• Provide medication-assisted treatment for opioid and other substance use disorders, as appropriate.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with behavioral health and other medical providers.
• Perform routine physical examinations, preventive care, and health screenings.
• Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and COPD.
• Educate patients regarding medications, lifestyle changes, preventive health, and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, counselors, and support staff.
• Participate in quality-improvement initiatives designed to improve patient outcomes and access to care.

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Ohio
• DEA registration or eligibility.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patients with substance use disorders.
• Interest in integrated addiction and primary care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Addiction medicine experience is highly valued but not required. We welcome physicians who are interested in developing expertise in addiction treatment.
