Emergency Medicine Residency Program Director
- Ohio Health Doctors Hospital
Description:
- 0.5 FTE medical education role
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for the Ohio Health Emergency Medicine Residency Program
- Oversees resident lifecycle management, including recruitment, evaluation, promotion, remediation, and professional development
- Ensures accreditation and educational compliance with ACGME requirements
- Collaborates across departments, hospital leadership, and Graduate Medical Education to ensure high-quality clinical and educational experiences
Requirements:
- Three or more years as assistant PD or higher preferred
- Formal training in education theory preferred
- Clinical practice in an osteopathically recognized program preferred
