Compensation
- Compensation Range $327,000 - $414,000, compensation model based on productivity
- Sign-on bonus
- Annual incentive program
- Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels (optional)
- Annual cash bonus

Requirements
- Fully licensed in the state of Ohio, unencumbered DEA
- Experienced in treating adults or lifespan
