The Ohio State University College of Medicine’s Department of Urology is seeking an exceptional and innovative urologist trained in Endourology Surgery. The faculty position is full‑time on the tenure or clinical track, with rank and salary commensurate with education and experience. The successful candidate is a respected clinician, educator, and researcher whose scholarly work has or will have impact for the field of Urology.
The qualified applicant should have Endourology fellowship training and experience in clinical management, research, and teaching of residents and medical students.
- Diagnosis, consultation, and treatment of adult patients presenting with various disorders of the genitourinary system in office, ambulatory, and hospital settings, with particular focus on endourology.
- Expertise in the management of minimally invasive surgical approaches to standard and complex stone disease.
- MD, DO or equivalent
- Residency trained in Urology within an ACGME accredited program
- Fellowship training in the area of endourology
- Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Urology
- Licensed or license eligible to practice medicine in the state of Ohio
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with residents, faculty members, and other stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of resident education and fostering a positive learning environment
- Demonstrated expertise and experience in urology, with a track record of publications and presentations in the field
- Salary: Commensurate with experience level, bonus, relocation assistance
