Friendly and Physician Led small town health system seeks 3 Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician in and around Lima, Ohio! 1 hour from Columbus, Ohio raymond
Family Medicine Physician RoleLocation:

Primary Care

Responsibilities- Provide patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services consistent with a value-based care model.
- Conduct regular health assessments, diagnose and treat common illnesses, and manage chronic conditions.
- Actively participate in practice quality improvement programs and evaluate practice performance metrics.
- Provide medical oversight, expertise, and leadership to ensure delivery of highest quality affordable care.
- Work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members.
- Flexible schedule options: 3x12 hour shifts, 4-10s or 5-8s; 2 patients per hour seen.
- Work in a team of 4-8 other providers.
- 1.5 months paid time off in year 1

- $240,000 / year base salary plus up to $60,000 in quality and RVU bonuses; earn up to $300,000 / year
