Columbus School for Girls seeks to hire an energetic and creative full-time Middle School Science Teacher to begin in the academic year. • Teach a range of middle school science classes for grades 6, 7, and 8, including life, earth, space, and physical sciences.
• Lead an advisory group.
• Participate actively in the life of the school, including leading clubs and/or activities, chaperoning school trips (including an overnight trip), and possibly coaching
• Potential leadership responsibilities such as Advisory, Club or Affinity/Alliance Groups, and roles such as Form Level Dean, Department Chair, or Center Director.

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
• Ability to teach a scope of different levels (standard, advanced, honors).
• Strong candidates will have at least three years of experience teaching.
