Fisher College | Management and Human Resources
** Position Overview
** The Department of Management and Human Resources at The Ohio State University’s Max M. Fisher College of Business invites applications for up to two full-time Lecturers. We seek candidates with expertise and teaching experience in organizational behavior, human resources, management, entrepreneurship and innovation, and/or business strategy.

Experience in each area is not a requirement, but ideally candidates are experienced in teaching in more than one discipline. The appointment is expected to begin in Autumn 2026.The main tasks will include: teaching in different modalities (in-class, online, hybrid) throughout the academic year, curriculum/syllabus design, content and materials development, and service activities. The selected candidate(s) will be expected to complete activities and support for developing and teaching undergraduate and/or graduate students, depending on chosen candidate’s degree  person classes are taught on the University’s main campus in Columbus, Ohio.

** Education and Experience Requirements
*** Master’s degree in a related field of study
* Minimum 2 years of demonstrated teaching experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to effectively engage with students in both traditional and online learning environments
* Ability to collaborate with fellow instructors, graduate teaching associates, and undergraduate teaching assistants
* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
* Demonstrated success in managerial and/or leadership positions
* Strong teaching outcomes demonstrated through student evaluations
** Desired Qualifications
*** PhD or similar terminal degree in a related field of study
* Demonstrated experience with the use of Artificial Intelligence
* Demonstrated ability to incorporate creative pedagogy in the classroom
