Fisher College of Business is recruiting exceptional tenure track faculty for consideration as part of the Game Changer Scholar Initiative in the Department of Finance. This initiative represents a strategic effort to identify, recruit and appoint exceptional individuals who will contribute to the academic and institutional growth of participating academic units.

Applicants’ research focus can be from any aspect of finance scholarship.

• Demonstrate outstanding achievement in research.

• Demonstrate commitment to student success.
• Collaboration with fellow instructors.
• Sustain a substantial record of impactful peer‑reviewed publications in top‑tier business journals.
• Effectiveness in service to the Department, the College and/or University, and to the greater academic and business community.

Required
:
Applicants must have an earned doctorate (Ph.D., D.B.A., or equivalent). Applicants must have demonstrated excellence in scholarship, research, and service to their field. Specifically, they must have evidence of publications in top‑tier business journals as well as mentoring of Ph.D. students. Candidates must also hold the position as a tenured, full professor at a business school that is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) or International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE).
