Site managers will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of a LiFE sports Summer camp site. They will maintain camp equipment inventory, train staff, liaise with parents/guardians, record youth attendance, monitor camp field trips, and ensure camp curricula is implemented with fidelity. Site managers will lead all-camp staff meetings before and after the program each day to ensure all staff are aware of program updates and changes.
All site managers are expected to follow safety and emergency procedures and guidelines.
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the camp site.
- Maintain camp equipment inventory.
- Train staff.
- Liaise with parents/guardians.
- Record youth attendance.
- Monitor camp field trips.
- Ensure camp curricula is implemented with fidelity.
- Lead all-camp staff meetings before and after the program each day.
- Follow safety and emergency procedures and guidelines.
Minimum experience required:
Candidate must have prior experience with LiFEsports or experience with youth sports programming.
Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
