What You Will Do
- Work with ODOT subject matter experts (SME) to develop and edit online or virtual course content.
- Administer online content through the LMS, including training assignment and completion tracking.
- Review learning objectives, survey results, and knowledge checks, and update online content as needed.
- Assist Administrator in technical decision making, including training delivery and system enhancements.

- 2 years of experience teaching/presenting adult education or HR training & development classes, or developing adult education curriculum or accessing educational partners/vendors providing adult education.
- 1 course or 3 months of experience operating a personal computer and using office systems software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint).
- OR completion of an undergraduate core program in business, public administration, human resources, or adult education combined with 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience in adult education or HR field.
- OR equivalent qualifications meeting the minimum class requirements noted above.
