Northridge Local Schools is seeking a qualified and student-focused Fifth Grade Math and Science Teacher to join our instructional team. The successful candidate will provide engaging, standards-aligned instruction while supporting academic growth and curiosity in math and science.

Position Overview:

The Fifth Grade Math and Science Teacher delivers effective instruction in mathematics and science, maintains a positive classroom environment, and supports the academic and social-emotional development of all students.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver math and science instruction aligned with Ohio Learning Standards

* Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs

* Use assessments to guide instruction and monitor progress

* Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

* Collaborate with colleagues, families, and administrators

* Maintain accurate records and follow district policies

Qualifications:

* Valid Ohio teaching license appropriate for Fifth Grade instruction

* Knowledge of elementary math and science curriculum

* Strong classroom management and communication skills

* Commitment to student success and professional growth
