Position OverviewFisher College of Business is recruiting exceptional tenure‑track faculty for the Game Changer Scholar Initiative in the Department of Finance. This initiative aims to identify, recruit, and appoint scholars who will contribute to academic and institutional growth.
Performance Objectives- Demonstrate outstanding achievement in research.
- Create and deliver effective course materials and an engaging classroom environment.
- Demonstrate commitment to student success.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors.
- Maintain a substantial record of impactful peer‑reviewed publications in top‑tier business journals.
- Show effectiveness in service to the Department, College, University, and the greater academic and business community.
- Earned doctorate (Ph.D., D.B.A., or equivalent).
- Accomplished academic scholars with evidence of publications in top‑tier business journals and mentoring of Ph.D. students.
- Current tenured full professor at an AACSB or IACBE accredited business school.
- Advanced experience, measurable achievements, and depth of expertise aligning with the Game Changer Scholar expectations.
