Education Program Specialist 2## Department:
Medicine | Anesthesiology The Education Specialist will coordinate and assist with all aspects of the Department of Anesthesiology and medical student training program as directed by the Vice Chair of Education, Medical Student Program Director, the Graduate Medical Education manager and Department Administrator. The Education Specialist coordinates and monitors medical student and outside rotator activities, assists with program logistics, plans and supervises scheduling of events;
participates in establishing policies and implementation; monitors deadlines and requirements; oversees and ensures compliance with educational requirements and regulations; develops, determines and coordinates rotation schedules; functions as a resource for medical students and outside rotators; distributes, collects, summarizes and maintains evaluations via Vitals; develops survey and polls former medical students on training satisfaction; verifies program completion for past medical students;
supervises coordination of department orientation program for new medical students; assures new students receive hospital orientation. Assist with Continuing Medical Education certification for Department of Anesthesiology. Performs other duties as assigned to support the goals and objectives of the department.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.## Additional Information:##
