Licensed Teacher – Integrated Therapeutic Classroom (K–5)
Kids Thrive Pediatric Mental Health
Kids Thrive is seeking a dedicated licensed teacher to join our integrated therapeutic education team for the 2025–2026 AND school year. This role supports children in Kindergarten through 5th grade within a structured classroom environment that blends academic instruction with therapeutic support.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized academic instruction aligned with IEPs and state standards
- Collaborate with mental health professionals to support emotional and behavioral needs
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- Current teaching license in the state of Ohio
- Experience with special education or behavioral needs preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
