We are seeking an Infant Teacher to join our organization! If you desire to work in a strong Christian environment and be on the front lines of kids' ministry, THIS JOB IS FOR YOU!
Responsibilities:
Provide a nurturing and safe environment for infants to develop and reach age-appropriate milestones.
Demonstrates good judgment in the care and play with infants.
Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress.
Maintain the health and safety of all students.
Qualifications:
Preferable experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields, but not necessary. We provide the training!
Passionate about working with children.
Ability to build rapport with children.
Positive and patient demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
