Blended Minds Learning Academy was founded with a passion for creating a home away from home for children. After teaching education for over 30 years combined, our founders noticed a significant need in the cognitive development of young minds and the importance of social and emotional learning early on. They recognized the need for early mind development and wanted to start a childcare center that focused on these essential skills for children starting at infancy, helping them to develop lifelong skills.

They set out to create a childcare center that blends hands-on learning, technology, and social-emotional development in an engaging, enriching environment—aligning with our mission to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating space for every child.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead & Assistant Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about early childhood education and possess the skills to foster a positive and enriching environment for our students. As a Teacher at Blended Minds Learning Academy you will guide and support other teachers, ensuring that our educational standards are met and upheld.

Educational Leadership
:
Lead and mentor other teachers, providing guidance and support in curriculum implementation and classroom management.

Educational Development
:
Implement and adapt the curriculum to support the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of each child. Responsibilities include posting weekly lesson plans, displaying student work, keeping up with assessments regularly, and providing consistent updates to families through Brightwheel.

Classroom Management
:
Create a clean and safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment where each child feels valued and supported.

Parent Communication
:
Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns.

Safety and Compliance
:
Ensure all activities and practices are in compliance with state regulations and safety guidelines.

• Applicants must have a Career Pathways Level (CPL) 2 or higher and/or a Child Development Associate (CDA), Associate’s degree, or higher in early childhood education or a related field.
