St. Mary German Village is seeking a passionate and dedicated 3rd Grade Teacher to join our school community. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to Catholic education, possess excellent classroom management skills, and be enthusiastic about nurturing the academic and spiritual growth of students in a faith-based environment.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with diocesan curriculum standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and faith-centered classroom environment.
• Integrate Catholic values and teachings into daily instruction and classroom activities.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents regularly.
• Collaborate with colleagues, administration, and parents to support student success.
• Participate in school and parish activities as appropriate.

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field.
• Valid Ohio teaching license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong understanding of and commitment to Catholic teachings and values.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Experience teaching 3rd grade in a Catholic or private school setting.
• Familiarity with integrating technology into classroom instruction.

JOB GOAL:
To assist students in mastering the skills and information in the school curriculum while helping them to grow in faith and responsibility.
