Position Type: Full‑time

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and instructional materials for 5th‑grade students in science and social studies.
• Provide individualized and small‑group instruction to meet diverse student needs.
• Use a variety of instructional strategies, including hands‑on and creative activities, to support learning and social‑emotional development.
• Assess student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide timely feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues, paraprofessionals, and support staff to create a safe, student‑centered environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and classroom matters.
• Participate in professional development, team meetings, and district programs as required.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, flexibility, and a commitment to student success.

• Current licensure issued by the Ohio Department of Education.
• Ability to work flexibly with a range of teaching schedules and professional development sessions.
• Experience working with diverse student populations.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Salary: According to the negotiated agreement; increases with experience and education.
