Human Resources | Child Care Program-JMWe are seeking a dedicated Teaching Aide to join our Child Care Center team. This position is designed for a student worker who will support the center's daily operations by assisting in the care and education of children ages 6 weeks through kindergarten. The role requires excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to representing the department and the university with the highest degree of integrity.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Collaborate with full-time staff in the care and education of young children.
* Ensure the health and safety of children at all times.
* Facilitate and participate in activities that support children's developmental progress, including social, emotional, cognitive, language, creative, and motor skills.
* Assist in meeting children’s routine needs, such as feeding, toileting, and resting.
* Perform basic administrative duties as required.
* Represent the department and the university in alignment with our mission and values.

* Required Qualifications:
*** Basic knowledge of child development.
* Dependability and flexibility.
* Strong organizational and customer service skills.
* Ability to work effectively with a team with wide-ranging perspectives and experiences.## Additional Information:
