Position Overview
Assistant Professor – Clinical Track (Clinical Excellence Pathway) in the Division of Human Genetics at The Ohio State University. The role focuses on clinical genetic counseling, research on rare disease, and teaching/mentoring of students, residents, and fellows.
ResponsibilitiesClinical faculty members dedicate their time to academic clinical practice, education, and translational research in adult genetic specialties.
Responsibilities include:
- Provision of clinical genetic services in general genetics clinics
- Teaching genetic counseling graduate students, medical students, residents, and fellows
- Participation in genetic research programs
Master’s Degree in Genetic Counseling and professional board certification in genetic counseling.
