The Program Manager will function as part of the administrative team for the Sport, Fitness and Health Program and will be responsible for day‑to‑day operations, program delivery, and teaching within the program. The role collaborates with the Program Director to develop and update courses, manage equipment, design marketing strategies, and develop policies that support the strategic plan.

• 45%:
  Handle day‑to‑day operations, respond to public inquiries, student issues, and faculty needs. Supervise, evaluate, and onboard 2–4 student assistants and new lecturers.
• 30%:
  Provide technical support to faculty and students, schedule academic courses using the Buckeylink system, assist with selection and ordering of textbooks and instructional materials, update department language in syllabi, and maintain the program’s resource website.
• 25%:
  Teach three credits of courses per semester, add coursework to Carmen, grade papers, and support student learning. Manage program equipment, innovate marketing strategies for visual and social media, serve as liaison between the main campus and regional campuses, and recommend new equipment purchases.

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in physical education, recreation, exercise physiology, public health, or related fields.
• Three years of relevant experience.

• Five to ten years of relevant experience.
• Three or more years of management experience.

Target Salary Range: $55,700 - $72,700
