Registrar
Full Time, Monday - Friday; 8 a.m.
- 4 p.m.
Flex High School Ohio is a personalized learning charter school with a student‑centered approach. The school offers a low student‑counselor ratio, free tutors, and ongoing professional learning, among other advantages.
How You Will Make an ImpactThe Registrar is responsible for information processing of student enrollments in accordance with school policy. This position interfaces with various departments and personnel to provide information concerning student records and school program completion.
Minimum Qualifications- High School diploma or General Education diploma required
- 3 years of office experience or 2 years in a public school setting handling student or school information processing responsibilities
- Experience using student information databases
- Experience with word processing and spreadsheet software
- Intermediate, Advanced, or Expert skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High School/Trade School degree preferred
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required
