Ohio Substitute Teacher Services (OSTS) offers substitute teachers the opportunity to work in a variety of school settings throughout Ohio. Substitute teachers play an important role in a student's education. We assist in placing substitute teachers in vacant positions to facilitate a student's education in the absence of their teacher. OSTS is proud to support Union Local Schools in the employment of substitute teachers.
If you're a retired teacher looking to step back in the classroom, a new college graduate, or someone interested in becoming a substitute teacher for the first time - we are eager to meet you! We encourage all candidates to apply, regardless of experience. You do not need a background in education or be currently licensed. We can assist with getting you credentialed.
Our associates work closely with each applicant throughout the hiring process from screening to your first assignment. If you are interested in making a difference in the lives of others, submit your application today.
